Lunar rhythm

Sunnah Days

It is narrated that the Prophet ﷺ recommended hijama on the 17th, 19th, and 21st of the lunar month. These are considered the most beneficial days — though hijama may be practiced at any time it is needed.

The why

Why the 17th, 19th and 21st

These three odd days of the lunar month carry the strongest prophetic recommendation. They mark a quiet alignment between the moon's pull, the body's fluids, and the rhythms of release.
