Before & After

How to prepare. How to return.

The session is held in the room. The care continues at home. A few intentional practices on either side make the work last.

01Before & After

Before your visit

Small preparations that open the body to receive.

  • Hydrate deeply

Drink plenty of water for at least 24 hours before. A well-watered body releases with more ease.

  • Eat cleanly

Avoid greasy, spicy, or inflammatory foods. Some also set aside caffeine and dairy — the aim is a quiet, prepared body.

  • Leave the stomach light

Stop eating 2 to 3 hours before. Keep drinking water freely.

  • Shower gently

Take a soft shower beforehand. No hard scrubbing or anything that fragilizes the skin.

  • Dress softly

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Leave jewellery at home — necklaces, waist chains, anklets — anything that may obstruct the area we will work on.

  • Come alone

Children, partners, or family are welcome only by prior arrangement, so the space stays still.

  • Arrive early

Give yourself a few minutes to settle into the space before we begin.

02Before & After

After your session

Gentle tending so the release holds.

  • Rest deeply

You may feel a quiet spike of energy, but the body often asks for sleep. Being tired for 24 to 72 hours is normal — it is part of the work.

  • Drink warm

Plenty of fluids at room temperature or warm. Nothing ice-cold.

  • Eat warm & clean

Nourishing, simple food. Continue to avoid greasy, spicy, inflammatory, or freezing-cold foods.

  • Tend the skin

The area may feel uncomfortable, especially after deep suction. If it itches, apply a little natural oil — no scratching.

  • Go slow with products

For the first 24 hours, no chemicals on the skin. A gentle rinse is enough — no harsh soap, no scrubbing.

  • Avoid heat & moisture

No sauna, hammam, or anything that traps heat and moisture on the area for at least 48 hours.

  • Move gently

Avoid intense exercise for 24 to 48 hours. Let the body integrate what has moved.
