The therapies

Release. Reset. Restore.  Renew.

Cupping without bloodletting is dry cupping. Hijama is cupping with bloodletting — the sunnah practice. Four therapies, one philosophy. Choose by feeling, or take the quiz to find your match.

01 · Dry Cupping Therapy — no bloodletting

Release

A massage-like therapeutic session to release muscular tension — without bloodletting.

Best for
Physical tension · Muscular tightness · Postural discomfort · Stress-related tension · Those seeking a massage-like therapeutic experience without wet cupping
Duration
35–40 minutes
Investment
$115
02 · Therapeutic Hijama — focused & localized

Reset

A gentle, intentionally focused hijama for one small area — the body honoured with attention rather than intensity.

Best for
Older adults · Frail bodies · Clients living with severe anemia (when appropriate) · Localized concerns needing only a small treatment area — one knee, the neck, a shoulder, one elbow, a small calf point, a single localized issue. Intentionally focused on one small area rather than a full body region.
Duration
30 minutes
Investment
$85
03 · Therapeutic Hijama — signature maintenance

Restore

Our signature maintenance hijama — for the body that returns, cared for, and asks only to be kept in rhythm.

Best for
Regular maintenance sessions · Returning clients · Clients who have recently received a professional massage — fewer adhesions, less muscular tension · Seasonal allergy support · A feeling of heavy legs, when the body would welcome improved circulation. For the legs: one side only — the front of the legs, or the back of the legs. Additional zones may be added if needed.
Duration
40 minutes
Investment
$120
04 · Comprehensive Therapeutic Hijama — our signature

Renew

Our most complete experience — the body prepared with intention, then received into hijama.

Best for
Bodies carrying significant muscular tension · Chronic stress or anxiety · Those needing more preparation time before wet cupping · Anyone drawn to a slower, more restorative session. Depending on clinical assessment, the session may include some or all of the following: dry cupping, Gua Sha, manual massage, manual lymphatic-inspired techniques, soft tissue preparation, and wet cupping (hijama). The intention is to prepare the tissues and allow the body to fully relax before hijama begins.
Duration
60 minutes
Investment
$155
Additional treatment zones

To extend your session

Some clients wish to add another treatment area. Please mention it when booking so the time can be held for you.

Small zone

+$20

One knee · the front of one foot · a localized point in the calf · one wrist · one elbow. Only a few additional minutes.

Full zone

+$50

The entire calf · the entire back of the legs · the front of both thighs · one complete leg · another full treatment region. These require considerably more time.

On the number of cups

Each session includes a minimum of six cups. The total number of cups used varies according to your body, your treatment goals and the therapist's clinical assessment.

On time, and on holding it

Each session honours the time reserved. If you would like more time, or to treat more than one zone, please ask in advance and we will block what your body needs.

Release tension. Reset the system. Restore balance. Renew deeply.
